A done-with-you 2-day workshop with six live sessions where we get all of your backend sh*t together and on your way to having the smoothest client journey ever. You will be singing your CRM’s praises as you run a big part of your business on autopilot and scale-up.

What We'll Cover 

Inside this session, we'll take a long look at your client journey and how that journey can be broken down into automated workflows for your CRM platform. We'll look at the processes you already have in place and streamline it so it becomes an easy system for you to implement with multiple clients at a time. *Please note: this part is the basis for everything we're doing so it has to be thorough and clear to understand.




We'll create all of the pillars that your workflows and system need to function. We'll walk through adding packages and add-on services; implementing payment plans, automating due dates, and reminder emails; setting up your project pipeline; and personalizing your client portal by adding art, editing colors, etc.







We'll go through how to create a form and create all of the forms for your workflows such as proposals, contact/inquiry forms, questionnaires, surveys, and schedulers for different appointment types. I'll provide some forms for you to use as well as template graphics for the headers and footers. We'll also add in custom-designed assets to fully brand your forms to your business.

*All times are in EST; there will be at least 15 minutes in between sessions & some sessions might end early 

During this session, we'll build all of your canned emails for your workflows as well as a few extras that we'll need throughout the project. Having canned emails pre-written saves hours. We’ll label and format them as well as build smart fields. I'll be providing a bundle of about 30 canned emails to help you so you’re not starting from square one. 





This is where all of the magic happens. We'll combine everything that we built over the last two days and create the workflows together for lead management, client onboarding, and client offboarding. We’ll add in the reminders for both our clients and ourselves and then wrap-up by testing the workflows we’ve made. 








If you want to finish working on your assets or complete the build of all of your workflows, you can do this with me right by your side. We'll share screens and fully dive into any issues you're having.

You’ll need a general list of steps (a process) that you follow with all of your clients. Start with your most popular service from beginning to end and define your client journey. Use the pre-work assignments to help you.

Use the templates to write your proposal, canned emails, and fields for your forms. With the Canva assets, you’ll be able to design your proposal/brochure, client portal assets, and customize your form assets as well.

With everything prepared before the workshop, you’ll be able to set up your system right alongside me. Pro-tip: try to have a separate screen to see me working in Dubsado and HoneyBook.

Take notes on how everything is built and prepared. Highlight sections where you have questions and think about how to apply this to your workflows when you start building them.

If you want to watch the training first and then dive into preparing and building your system, follow these 3 steps to be able to complete your setup before the end of the 30 days of support.

You'll be asked to create your process list, write your content, and then build your assets. All of this is discussed inside the program pre-work assignments as well as featured throughout the training sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this WORKSHOP only for designers?

Not at all – if you have a service-based business and processes that you repeat for multiple clients, then this workshop can totally work for you. 

How long will the workshop take?

The entirety of the workshop is 30 days long. You’ll have the live sessions on day 1 and day 2 (with breaks), along with 2 biweekly Q&A sessions on days 11 and 25, with support from me from day one through day 30. 

Can I sign up for a VIP Workday afterward?

Yes, if you complete the training and the pre-work and still need help building the assets and workflows, I’ll deduct the workshop’s cost from your VIP workday with me. 

If i’m not available to watch the live sessions that weekend, can I watch them later? 

Yes, you’ll have access to all of the recorded sessions for life, and you’ll have support from me for 30 days after the workshop. 

During the support days, how do I ask you a question?

In Podia, we’ll have a community board where you can post your questions with screenshots, screen recordings, or just text. This will allow both myself and the group to see your question so that everyone can learn from the answer. I’ll respond in 24-36 hours. (probably sooner)

How far along in my business do I have to be?

From a start-up rookie to pro – no matter where you are in your business journey – backend automation will only level up your biz and help maximize its potential. Do I have to choose a CRM beforehand?

How familiar do I have to be with a CRM to do this?
