You’ll need a general list of steps (a process) that you follow with all of your clients. Start with your most popular service from beginning to end and define your client journey. Use the pre-work assignments to help you.

Use the templates to write your proposal, canned emails, and fields for your forms. With the Canva assets, you’ll be able to design your proposal/brochure, client portal assets, and customize your form assets as well.

Take notes on how everything is built and prepared. Highlight sections where you have questions and think about how to apply this to your workflows when you start building them.

You'll be asked to create your process list, write your content, and then build your assets. All of this is discussed inside the program pre-work assignments as well as featured throughout the training sessions.

Attend the Q&A
Join me on the 2 post-training Q&A sessions for additional help. This is the perfect time to submit those specific questions that just won’t work for email. We’ll share our screens and help resolve any issues you have.
During our weekend together, you’ll follow me throughout our five training sessions as I build a complete system from the ground up. Instead of simply telling you what needs to be done, I’ll show you how and have you follow my moves every step of the way, allowing you ample time to catch up and ask questions. Can’t make it live? Don’t worry, the replay will be available 24 hours after the last session ends.
The last session on Sunday is our first live Q&A call. After the workshop, you’ll still have opportunities to ask me questions. Along with the 30 days of support, we’ll have two live Zoom sessions where you can submit your questions ahead of time or ask them live. This time is perfect for you if you miss the live weekend sessions and need some hands-on help.
I won’t leave you to create everything that you need for your workflow all on your own. I want you to complete your workflows with me during our time together so I’ll provide some key templates that you’ll need to get started. You’ll receive Canva templates for your Dubsado proposal or HoneyBook brochure, forms, and client portal as well as swipe files for your canned emails and questions/fields for your forms.
From signup to the last support day, you’ll have access to the Podia Community to ask questions and receive answers from me, my team, and your fellow cohorts. After the support ends, the party doesn’t stop. You and your new friends will still have access to each other and my team for life inside of the Facebook group.
